Been very happy with UnlimitedGB since joining about a year ago. My main reasons are they don't hassle you with promotional emails, the staff are helpful and knowledgeable, the phones are manned if you need support. Having said that if you follow the guides and knowledge base you shouldn't need to phone them too much anyway! I have no hesitation in recommending UnlimitedGB
