Terrible service

My website used to be hosted by Yahoo, then they switched to Aabaco. I tried to report a problem to Aabaco's customer service. It took a long time to figure out how to contact them. Then, when I finally did, they closed my case before I had a chance to respond. When they re-opened it, they said they would look into the problem and get back to me within 2-3 days. It's been 3 weeks now, with no response.

Horrible run as fast as you can!

They have the worst everything. Ever sense they have moved from yahoo it has been nothing but problems horrible support and email issues galore. There prices for hosting are so expensive any competitor is cheaper and for the price you would think it would be easier and smoother. Overall they are horrible I would run not walk and move your account to anywhere but here. If I could give them no stars I would. They make you jump through hoops having a yahoo account for every email and changes because they lost the data which was hacked. Not secure Not easy or user friendly and support sucks.

If you could talk to someone to get things solved, it might be worth it. Even THAT is a major effort that you can spend an entire morning on - you can't just talk to someone and give them you id. Instead (I've yet to figure this out), you have to get some "code" from the hinterlands to have the "right" to talk to someone - yet they can take your visa number in a blink, no questions asked! AWFUL customer service. Ready to pull the ad permanently.
