I'm pretty satisfied! I bought QHoster windows rdp vps hosting plan 6 months ago and I have to say that I’m pretty pleased. The support could be faster, but eventually they get it answered and help you out. Great hosting provider and excellent customer service.

Moving a site of my size was going to be a big job for me - over 20gig of files, and 1gb of database - but QHoster handled it all for me and had it done in an hour. QHoster's pricing while a little higher than the budget offerings on the web, is of no concern to me when their level of service is taken into account.

I have never had such a professional hosting service with fast speed and great uptime. One thing I will stress is the excellent communication from QHoster to their clients. I've used other hosts who do not reach out to customers, and only after your site is offline and you contact support do you discover the uncaring host has made major changes without notifying you. Recommend them!

The QHoster staff are personable, patient, and very attentive. They solved a problem promptly and with ease, and were informative along the way. Other computer hosts that I asked for information ignored the requests or gave me a run-around. I love QHoster OpenVZ VPS. They are always on top of the game. The only issues I've ever had have to do with not receiving my discount (which most of the time has been my own fault for wrong html code). When I asked them why, they checked it out each time, got back to me either the same day or following day and not only told me why, but told me how to fix it!

The bottom line is I could not have done it without the incredible customer service of QHoster. It is as good – oh let’s be honest – it is the best I have ever experienced. It did not matter if it was 3 am or 3 pm – and usually it was 3 am – but staff members like Matt, Alex and Nick and all the rest were there to walk you through every step and answer every question. And all the time giving you the feeling they had all the time in the world.

Good job, QHoster is a top web host in the Usa. I found the User Panel and one step installation plugins (Opencart) and streaming very useful for my purposes. I've always found the Customer Service top notch via e-mail and the help wiki is very intuitive.

Sometimes it’s difficult for US service providers to compete with their European counterparts for the same price; QHoster shattered that notion and gave us excellent features at a sensible price. QHoster also has speedy cutomers service and live web chat and are truly available 24/7! They've gained a cutomer for life! These guys were able to get me up and running in minutes at 00.30 am. They've always answered me ASAP and were able to set up my webmail account through Horde in a snap, which noone else has been able to do!
