Superb service, I am enjoying their service very much. Yeah, I faced some issues at first but they didn’t stay any longer time to solve them. That’s why I never get upset about the issues. I never felt that I will get the service and troubleshooting facility like dedicatedcore but surely nextraone also has a very good quality like dedicatedcore.

*NEVER BUY FROM NEXTRAONE OR ITS SISTER CONCERNS* Not happy with their service nor their support. When asked for a refund within 7 days, they denied with baseless allegations on us. Haven't seen (prior to this one) such a pathetic support and sales team giving false commitment...

I purchased domain from this company last year. Yesterday was expiry date. I paid before the date but still my domain is expired. I given paid invoice n transaction details to company but still they didnot started my domain. Due to unprofessional attitude of this company my reputation is breaked. All traffic of my site is bouncing back. Surprisingly i didnt got any confirmation call or reminder call . Regards Rahul agarwal

Never Choose NextraOne

Be honestly, I never used this type of third class services. I have purchased Lin-Advanced plan on 6th April 2020. Since the starting, I have faced a lot of problems. Every time I raised tickets for the solutions. The screenshot if attached with this review. From starting to till now, I have raised 8 tickets(including two refund tickets). So finally I have decided to go with others and I asked for the refund. But they told me that they don't have any refund policy. Then I showed them some screenshot of their 30 days refund policy of their site. Then after that, they told me that they can not provide me with the refund because I don't have many reasons. Then, I replied in the ticket with the problems and proof screenshot. But after that too, they are not providing me with the refund. They are wasting my time in solving the problem. After that, they are telling me that "they are trying to solve my problem but I'm not helping them". They are very clever, they are wasting my time. I'm a blogger and my work is to writing and other blog-related work. But think that, I didn't write a single word because of all these. They moved me to three-time on their different server, where every time I need to manually download and upload all WordPress sites. Think, how it is bad for me. three-time migration. Think about my site, what is happening on that. Sometimes they blamed on Cloudflare but the reality is their hosting service is not good. I'm still asking for the refund but they are trying to stay with him. They have very old Plesk panel, and they also have a very limited option like there is no freedom to choose PHP extension, backup and restore function etc. They have PHP 7.2 which became old, the latest in PHP 7.4. I got a plan from nextraone one week back. While purchasing they promise you money back guarantee but after purchasing, if plan doesn't match your requirements then these guys put their rules and regulations and do not cancel the plan. My site is delayed by a week still following up these guys about cancellation of plan. They don't care whether customer is satisfied or not, they just want you to stick to them as they don't want to refund. You have to follow up everytime, they don't care once you purchase the plan. Beware before purchasing!

They are the worst web hosting provider in India. I personally recommeded not to use this pathetic company at all. i opted for their Cloud Pro plan. and the plan says i am getting 8 GB Ram but after I bought the plan I didn't get 8 GB Ram instead they say it is shared server so i Can't see my Ram. Then i asked for refund as they say they refund if I raise within 30 days but they say refund is not possible in this case. They are using almost every hook and crook condition not to refund my amount. Not only that their support team is not reliable, I wait around 2-3 hours for support query. They are one of the pathetic Company in India who spreads distrust among the customers. Their server quality is also very low as my websites faces as many as 10-20 flitches wjhen loading daily. So don't opt for this pathetic company they does not care about their customer. If u wamt to go for hosting pls choose some big companies like Hotsgator or BigRock as the prices are 30% cheaper than this pathetic company in the same plan and their support team is very reliable. I personally used Hotsgator and they refund my money no question asked after i am not satisfied with the plan I opted for.
