Since Lockdown Net4 disappeared, no response to mail, phone, I even physically visited their bangalore branch in infantry road a month ago, office was not there. Neighbours informed that they wound up 4-5 years back. Ticket system dead is company in trouble, going to shut down, what is solution for our domains. Can onyone please share, if we can port the services to other service provider

Last year I transferreed my domain to Net4 thinking that they are decade old company and may have good reputation. They issued an Invoice with GST Charged on it. Later came to know that they are cheating their customer and never file their GST Return. Logged this issue with GST and Ministry of Finance but they took no Action against them to safe guard the customers/citizens whom they have duped/cheated. Now I decided to transfer my domain from Net4 to another registrar but they locked my domain and on their portal there is no Option to Unlock it. Their customer care number is also not reachable getting Message NUMBER is INVALID.

These guys are totally unreachable since many weeks - I am unable to make any changes in my domain. As it is their control panel is from 20 years ago and one cannot even make simple Name Server changes without placing a 'request'. Absolutely pathetic.

After registering a name, there is no propagation, no customer support, nor their portal works. Lost a domain name and made a foolish decision registering with them.

My domain was renewed by Net4 despite me renewing them a month ago. Now my site is inaccessible and they are gone unresponsive, Been FOUR days since web site is inaccessible and they just DO NOT RESPOND. Horrible they are. I am surprised that they are not even responding with a proper email. All I got with much coaxing is a standard email that says " "Dear Sir, This is in reference to your domain concern; we would like to thank you for placing the renewal order. We are in the process of restructuring our system at the backend which is taking more than the usual time; we assure you that the domains renewed with Net4 are absolutely safe with Net4 for the specified time period. The domain status and order will be updated in the panel once the restructuring of our entire system is complete. We look forward to a long lasting and mutually beneficial business association with you." They have send this email twice. No resolution yet another idea of when. Pathetic it is. Ashok

I have been using their services in domain registration and business email pack for the last one year as I was recommended to this company from my previous service provider Tata Communications Ltd. So I had ported my domain registration and also renewed further. In addition, the email pack I had purchased was really cost effective and simple. Though the web mail features are not the best, they are good old vanilla. I am happy with their services and I am just renewing my package today

From Last two months.. I am facing issue with My domain... I called the support number.. It Not works... I mailed them several times... But no proper replies.. And they will take 3-4 days to send reply... LAstly I tried to move my domain from the to other service provider and requested to send AUTH CODE... They dont send... Fed up with their service... Fucked up support...

They dont have proper support, every one knows that limited support people available during the lockdown, but atleast once we raise ticket through mail they have to response with in 10 days, now 0 day over no response. Sent 10 tp 15 mail, 100 times calls lot of times tried through chat, no response. Their hosting and the websites were keep down and our domain and subdomains which is hosted also failed, in this crisis we need our website up and running, but due to hosting issue we are totally down.

They close all support tickets without reading them and their phone lines are also disconnected! They went BANKRUPT and should be closed forever ASAP! Net 4 customer services do not work 99% times no one picks the call. Complain tickets remain open for several days without any reply. No one is bothered even if client website not working due toe net 4 issues. Suggested to never go for Net4 services.

Pathetic customer support / completely useless - no real time resolution

Customer care is pathetic, no real time resolution. for every technical query you are asked to raise a ticket from control panel and it's resolution takes anywhere between 4-12 hours. no use of follow up calls. team takes their sweet time to resolve and blatantly say it will take time and you have to wait. If you insist on talking to manager you are told there is none and will hang up on you. no interaction number or case id is provided to you. Staff is absolutely rude and unprofessional. I've been with Net4 for more than 4 years now and have recommended this company to many of my clients over last 4 years but experience has drastically degraded and have lost faith in this company for after sales support now. I have purchased multiple domains from Net4 and have always been quite happy since I never interacted with customer support. Managing the domains using control panel is also fairly easy even more bit 'complicated' settings like SPF/DKIM. I recently purchased EasySite service also and found it be very rudimentary (only very simple HTML pages, not even CSS) and does not even support responsive templates. I called customer support for refund stating the same and every time, I was informed that a callback will be arranged for but no one calls and time/money is simply being wasted. Spoke to account manager also, again same empty promises.

I recently took a easy site package from them and its been 21 days and there is no work progress. They have charged me for a year and nothing has happened. Its difficult to get to them and keep following up. Wish I had got it done from godaddy. simple and better.

MY ISSUE -- I am your company partner account -- URN no. 890266 and i am facing issue regarding the SITE BUILDER. I have bought a Easy site package for one of my client and when i go to NET4.com --SERVICES -- EASY SITE -- okedialifesciences.com --- LAUNCH Then it suppose to open a template so that i can make the site but the is coming like FORBIDDEN and i am not able to my client webiste from long 10 days and he is shouting like anthing. I have raised 3 times complaint and all the times my compalaint without solving and all the resolution given like - its resolved. This is the main issue why other company grow like anything and the OLD company (net4) could not do anything. Actually you suppose to close you entire business when you do not provide any service. YOU PLEASE CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS. I have taken your member because yoiu provide in less price and nothing else. NET 4 is use less company.

They have frequent disconnects, like a candle in a storm, they call it a leased line but its worst than a local cable broadband line. They are already facing bankruptcy hence whatever you pay in advance they buy the bandwidth from the market and provide you with their cut.

I registered a domain for my client on Net4.in. With their frequent downtime, I opt to move it to godaddy. But since then my account is going to expire, so i decided that I can transfer when it is expired. But when I tried to get Auth Code, they said, I have to renew the domain subscription - that too at an increased rate of 959/- per year. Helpless, I renewed. Then after a week, suddenly the domain gone down. I can't change any records like AR, CNAME or even NameServers! I called them multiple times, but support staffs - often insulting and arrogant - asked me to raise a complaint ticket and wait for 24-36 hours while they fix the nameservers!!! I had waited 3 days and had more than a dozen calls to get my auth code to transfer the domain, and its more than 4 days the other registrar is waiting for Net4.in's approval for transfer! This week incurred me half a lakh rupees loss, just because of the service of Net4.in! Thank you Net4.in!!
