Worst service we had ever

Worst service we had ever. Had domain name for many years. Did not send us reminder for renewal atleast one time. Now we lost the domain name. If your domain is really worth or if you have business on it, dont keep the name with these cheap people. No support, no customer care

I am having a small website offering packers and movers services in Bangalore - http://www.cloudpackers.com/, This domain is registered with hostindia. this is not only the one domain I have registered more than 10 domain with this company and I am going to continue all my domain and future domain with this company as it has a very less renewal charges as well as high speed technical support facility.

Good in support and price but need to be focus on features.

I heard this company name from one of my friend and purchase a domain and hosting plan for my business need. I really enjoy the service provided by the company with an affordable price, but I think they need to work on hosting feature. However, overall this is a very good company.
