Worst Hosting I have Ecommerce WordPress Managed Hosting which is the costliest plan on #Godaddy. Basically they preinstall the woocommerce plugin in the wordpress and they call it Ecommerce Hosting. I got error while updating the woocommerce plugin and website went down when i contacted the support team they were like any problem with theme and plugins you need to contact the respective developers. The plugins which are causing errors came preinstalled with HOSTING so isn't it there responsibility to correct it? If i had to handle it by myself then why should i pay more for the hosting i could have purchased cheapest Linux hosting and install wordpress and woocommerce plugin in that. Example: If i buy apples from store and if something is wrong with that i go back to the store where i purchased it not to the farmer who grew it. The reason for going with Ecommerce WordPress Managed Hosting was it was managed by them and i could get support if something goes wrong. Which they lack. #worst #worsthosting #worstservice

I was discussing to renew my domain with their customer supports because they were forcing me to pay high cost for private registration for renewal of my domains. I didn't want private registration. As they not solving my problem and time was passing so, i decided to pay their blackmailed money to renew my domain. But they renew it by their own money and start selling it. I have all proof. I contacted customer support. He told Now they will sell my domain at high cost to other customers. This is very big fraud company. if you want to lose your valuable asset, use this company. They make money by stealing domains.

There no option in Godaddy's website to file a complaint which is the usual thing companies do to encourage communication and feedback between the company and their clients. Can you please pass this on to the complaints department? I am really suffering because of this. I have been using Godaddy for years and I feel totally cheated. Since users can't write nor chat to obtain support and users can just call, I have been 'helped' by call agents. Those have given me wrong advice I see now that I have been paying as if I were a company with 25-30 websites when I just am a normal simple home user with one website. I don't have much money but now I am stuck with paying 50 euros per month for services I have never and will never use. I have been totally cheated by Godaddy. I have never felt this way with another company. I have lost at last 2000 euros, but it feels worse. I feel I have been cheated 2000 euros. It seems the call agents work on commission and they have just sold me anything that was good for them and not for me. I insist, it's very hard for me to pay that money and I am not even using it. I am leaving Godaddy as soon as possible. I want to ask for a refund for having been mislead with information about hosting services I never needed. It's very horrible that Godaddy behaves this way.

I was a GoDaddy customer for 8 years and have purchased hosing, email, domains, SSL certificates, and other products from them. My experience is the following: The webmail client is extremely unreliable and slow. Navigating their website and changing settings is overly complicated. Their pricing is among the highest, and if you cancel a plan you paid multiple years for, they DO NOT refund or pro-rate anything....they just keep your money if you cancel the service after 30 days. The most annoying thing is that they charge for every little feature or service. There are many good hosing companies who provide free email, free SSL, and other free addons which GoDaddy will charge you a lot for. The bottom line is that there are far better and lower cost options when choosing a hosting provider.

I bought a Deluxe Linux Hosting. First, I picked up Asian server (not good with resources). Then when I had 7 websites for this plan, I contacted Support and switched to US Unlimited grid hosting. What a difference in speed and sy stem resources. Now with over 1,000 visitors a day of the whole seven website, there is almost no downtime and speed is really fatastic. Can't recommend enough the GRID hosting.

I have registered my domain names with godaddy.com. The registration was quick and snappy. Very good experience. Support can improve though. The domain name configuraiton page should be made more "novice" user friendly. Its too detailed and technical for configuration. I am still not able to configure google apps on it. I gave up since I did not have the time to explore. I keep getting good offers from godaddy. The recent 2$ domain name offer just did not work. All I wanted was 1 more domain name, 100 email accounts @mydomainname.com and want to host my simple html website. As of now I know I have to go thru a complex set of options to understand what they have to offer and purchase it. Just sooo many options during purchase. I wish the site was more user/purchasing friendly. Now, where is my 10$ coupon :)...

I have three domains registered with godaddy, and I am using their service for last three years, and their service is really good. Most important thing is that I get a lot of free stuff with just a single domain. Not only that my websites loads fast with godaddy, and I love that. But one thing I want to say that for Indian customers paying for godaddy is a headache, they only support credit card, I think they should include CCavenue as a payment option, so many of users like us can pay charges easily. Apart from this flaw godaddy is the best domain/web host provider ever.

I used GoDaddy to purchase a domain and build a website. I used their web builder service for my first try. It was good, made a beautiful page, but didn't give me the font, color & background options I wanted. Switched to just the domain and it, too, was good. Only problem was when you upload a file it sometimes is available within a couple of hours but it can take as much as 48 hours. When I cancelled out they were very prompt with the refund in full, no questions asked, no pleas to continue. I appreciated that.

Firstly, let me start by saying that I have noticed a lot of bad reviews on GoDaddy. True, their interface may seem a little overwhelming at first sight, but you get used to it. True, once you start using them it is hard to "get rid" of them. But, I have been using GoDaddy for months and for multiple websites and never had a problem with them. I had a few support questions, which were answered in a couple of hours (not too bad for a host that is hosting literally millions of websites). I have only had that one experience with their support, but the answer was timely and professional. My websites were unavailable only once for a couple of minutes. Other than that, I have never seen any other downtime (and I use shared hosting). Speed is very good. Few times the loading was a little slow, but nothing major that I have noticed. You get a free e-mail address and free hosting with a domain name purchase, which is awesome. People swear other hosts are much better and that they had nothing but bad experiences with GoDaddy, but in my case, that is far from true. So, in conclusion, I am very satisfied with GoDaddy and would recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent host.

Re Audio Recorder (lack of fast forward feature) I recommend GoDaddy.com to all my clients (new authors) because the Website Builder is so easy to learn. Support people are helpful and I rarely have to wait very long. I only wish that they could help me upgrade the audio recorder to one that can fast forward. We have people who can't get to church but want to listen to the services and especially want to fast forward to the sermons. Anyone have success inserting html on their websites? I only do very basic html and not sure how to do this.

I am using godaddy from past 3-4 years. & I am pretty happy with their services. & now they just launched a feature of managewp, this feature can't compete anything. the price of godaddy is also best as they offer first year price almost free. Like INR 99 for .com. I am also using godaddy hosting. The website builder is not that good. But wordpress hosting is ok. & one more thing there cloud servers are pretty awesome

I have Been User of Godaddy Since 3 Years, They Have Nice Plans for Linux hosting and Windows Hosting ( For First time buy ), they are providing hosting at Good Price and their support is good , they reply fast and get you till the Solution, but there is a only one draw back in their Hosting Plan( Linux ), They Provide Nice Space, Mysql , Email and Etc , but When it comes to App Processing over server , there it got Suck , because they have throttled I/O Speed , I/O Speed is when our php app executes and writes and reads data from server , it needs to read and write data to Server HDD, So When it Got High Amount of Data Read/Write , the website get error and website goes offline for moment until the process is over.

I'm using Godady to host more than 5 sites on my VPS Linux hosting. It's performing very well without slowing down any of the sites. In fact, I'm getting over 10k visitors on each blog, sometimes it may vary. Overall, it's very good. Really enjoying their service.

I have used GoDaddy for my business since day one and honestly could not think of any better company! Love it. Excellent customer service and an outstanding uptime on servers. Technical support is always very willing to help. I currently use GoDaddy for my 8GB Virtual Private Server hosting and it is able to keep up with the demands of multiple self-hosted applications without breaking a sweat.

Our website is developed in PHP version 5 because when we bought the web hosting godaddy only supports PHP version 5.

Please beware. Don’t register your website here. They sell your number to website builders and then you get back to back calls throughout the day from call centres. When I called godaddy support, they asked me to purchase Rs.130 privacy settings! So now I have to buy my privacy settings so that my phone is not flooded with useless offers? What the hell? They should have warned me earlier that they are going to sell my number to companies and earn business out of my number and from me as well to buy privacy settings.

Absolute WORST hosting company there is. The tech support is useless and extremely rude. I've been trying to fix a server issue and I've talked to six different people and they all say something different. I can't wait until my year is up so I can switch hosts... I might even just switch before and lose out on my money to get away from them.

The company cannot afford to keep backup. Cannot bank on this company for ur data. No provision to take backup. Struck my domain with this company for some more time and they r playing with it. U get lot of marketing calls only No value for money. I lost my website twice. U pay the amount it calculates on a back date and u get mislead to pay and end up losing data. If u wanna take risk for business then use godaddy. User highly not recommended. U can use other website builder like wix, host finger etc...
