I have had a great experience dealing with eHost. Their staff is friendly and professional. Couple times I've called them I got excellent service. Their control panel is user friendly as well - I really enjoy the navigation and tools it provides. And the last but not the least - ehost is environment friendly too. It appears they are offsetting their carbon foot print by investing into wind energy - very noble thing to do. I wish more companies would be that responsible.

First, I was confused a little bit because in their Control Panel ehost offers several different web site builders. And I selected wrong one - it was confusing and not that user friendly. After I called support they recommended their drag-and-drop tool and I was blown away! I have little experience in web design, so its perfect for me. I can make and changes to my site on my own and its fun actually. BTW, support people at ehost are really friendly. Thanks guys!

I've had a handful of issues with my account (emails not coming through and billing related) but each time I've called support they've immediately taken my call and resolved it in a friendly and helpful way. Been using ehost for 2 days now (I'm new to creating/hosting websites and a beginner) and just got my site published. Technical issues with the free site builder software took a few calls to get resolved, and the wait times fro tech support are too long. Not impressed so far.
