Setup was fast and very easy, adding extras and upgrading through control panel is a breeze. I've only needed service a couple of times, but they are extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I've been learning a lot from the forums and knowledge base.

Pretty good service for what it costs. Be aware that they don't mirror any servers, so if their database server gets hosed, you will lose your data. I wouldn't recommend them for anything serious.

Very reliable and helpful,. Good developer-friendly facilities, I'm able to deploy from my internal network straight from Visual Studio. New OS's become available very quickly, but you can use older ones for a long time. In 8 years I haven't had a problem.
