The shared server goes down 3-4 times a week. Customer support team keeps saying that they have resolved the issue. Already migrated two accounts 6 months ago to another hosting firm and planning the 3rd as well. They don't care about their customers.

I am hosting/ managing web for my company since last 15 years. So far hosting experience with Arvixe is the best. Could'nt have been better. Great for the money

I utilize the ASP.NET hosting service provided by Arvixe. The initial signup process was quick, the user interface is nice, the site loads quickly, and uptime has been good overall although I have noticed minor downtime. For the price, I feel it is hard to beat. I have not had any direct contact with tech support, but do monitor the forums and support seems to be on the ball.

I have been with Arvixe for over two years, going on three. This company has had constant 99.99% uptime (really I haven't experienced any). There Reseller Accounts are great in the fact that there are no limitations to how I manage my customers. I am alloted an amount of space and monthly traffic and the rest is up to me. The amount of trouble I have has all been resolved by their customer support. Someone is always there to help you. I have had no issues with them, and would highly suggest Arvixe to anyone who is looking into getting into the Web world.
