I am using the liquid web for the last 1 year. after searching a lot of companies I stick on the liquid web because its cloud hosting services satisfied my all conditions. its heroic support is always helping to solve my problems. for the last 3 months, I also started using the web hosting services from Domain Racer because it offers me the best services at a reasonable price.
My website used to be hosted by Yahoo, then they switched to Aabaco. I tried to report a problem to Aabaco's customer service. It took a long time to figure out how to contact them. Then, when I finally did, they closed my case before I had a chance to respond. When they re-opened it, they said they would look into the problem and get back to me within 2-3 days. It's been 3 weeks now, with no response.

If you could talk to someone to get things solved, it might be worth it. Even THAT is a major effort that you can spend an entire morning on - you can't just talk to someone and give them you id. Instead (I've yet to figure this out), you have to get some "code" from the hinterlands to have the "right" to talk to someone - yet they can take your visa number in a blink, no questions asked! AWFUL customer service. Ready to pull the ad permanently.
