    Their domain name transfer process is incredibly quick and simple. Over the course of a few months that we worked with them, the support team's assistance has been excellent. Along with technical proficiency, the domain is worth the price.

    Ive been a customer for over 10 years with these people and I regret it. Even though I am covered under their 15 day refund policy they did not agree to refund my order. In fact, they forced me to buy something else from them if I want to get a refund. Please stay away from these frauds. They are cheap in price but their servers and hosting are horrible and also customer service is the worst, especially their "deletion team".

    Domain was suspended and not informed to us.Issue was with nettigrity's SQL Server Log file size and the support team was blaming the database which we created . Support team was not at all ready to pay attention to our emails with suggested solutions and was repeatedly asking to reduce the log file size and upload.Where as there was no option provided with the interface for uploading .
